Camberin is a personal memory platform that helps you save, organize, search, and preserve your life's memories, including photos, videos, notes, documents, links, voice notes, and other content.
By creating an account or using Camberin, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Camberin account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity under your account. You are responsible for any content stored in your account.
You retain ownership of everything you upload, including photos, videos, notes, documents, voice recordings, links, memories, and collections. Camberin does not claim ownership of your content. You grant Camberin only the limited rights necessary to store your content, synchronize it across your devices, display it to you, create backups, process uploads, and provide the Service.
You agree not to use Camberin to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware, distribute spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, upload illegal content, or harass or threaten others.
Free and paid plans include different storage capacities. If your storage reaches its limit, uploads may be paused but existing content remains accessible. You may upgrade your subscription or free space. Storage limits are described on our Pricing page.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Camberin, including its software, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, and website, is owned by Camberin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the Service without permission.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occasionally occur.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camberin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of Camberin constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Camberin operates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
