Welcome to Camberin. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Camberin's website, apps, and services.
By creating an account or using Camberin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Camberin is operated by Camberin, with EU hosting for data storage. Contact: legal@camberin.com
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Camberin. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Camberin to violate any law or regulation
- Upload malware or interfere with service operation
- Attempt to access other users' data without permission
- Use the service to generate spam, harass others, or infringe intellectual property
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Camberin.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not train AI models on your private workspace content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.
5. AI features
Camberin provides AI-assisted drafting, summarization, and Q&A. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially for legal or professional use.
AI features are subject to fair use limits per plan.
6. Plans and billing
Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown in USD and PHP.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from workspace settings. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Business plans may be subject to a separate Order Form.
7. Data hosting and security
Data is hosted in the EU. We use encryption in transit and at rest. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
No service is 100% secure. You are responsible for backing up important content.
8. Intellectual property
Camberin, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Camberin and licensed to you, not sold.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service except as permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for extended inactivity.
Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal compliance.
10. Disclaimers
Camberin is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camberin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camberin from claims arising from your content or use of the service in violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines.
