Protecting your memories is one of Camberin's highest priorities.
Camberin is designed with security and privacy in mind from the beginning.
Camberin is built around four core principles: Privacy, Security, Reliability, and Transparency. Your memories belong to you.
We protect accounts through secure authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure password handling, Google Sign-In support, session management, and automatic account protection mechanisms. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and account credentials.
Camberin stores user data using Google Firebase services. Data is protected through Firestore Security Rules, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage Security Rules, encrypted network connections, and access control. Only authenticated users may access their own private memories unless explicitly shared.
Camberin is hosted using Google Cloud infrastructure through Firebase App Hosting. Infrastructure benefits include physical security, network security, automatic scaling, DDoS protections, and infrastructure monitoring.
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle. Camberin does not store your complete payment card information. Payment information is handled securely by Paddle.
To maintain reliability, Camberin may collect crash reports, performance metrics, error logs, and security events. These logs help detect abuse and improve platform stability.
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly. Please include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and potential impact. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address them.
Help keep your account secure by using a strong password, enabling secure sign-in methods, keeping your device updated, logging out of shared devices, and never sharing your account credentials.
While Camberin follows industry best practices, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should always maintain backups of irreplaceable information.
We plan to continue improving security with features such as end-to-end encrypted memory vaults, hardware security key support, advanced login notifications, additional account recovery options, and expanded audit logs.
