This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not permitted when using Camberin.
Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, and reliable platform for everyone.
You may only use Camberin in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Do not use Camberin to harass or threaten others, promote violence, encourage illegal activities, impersonate another individual or organization, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate another person's privacy.
You may not upload or distribute content that is illegal, contains malware or malicious code, is intended to damage systems or networks, facilitates fraud or phishing, contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM), promotes terrorism or violent extremist organizations, or violates applicable sanctions or export laws. We reserve the right to remove such content and report it to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, interfere with other users, disrupt platform availability, use bots to abuse the service, perform excessive automated requests without authorization, or spam the platform.
Camberin may not be used to send spam, conduct mass unsolicited messaging, manipulate rankings, generate fake engagement, or operate fraudulent accounts.
Camberin is intended for personal memory management. You may not use the service solely as unlimited file hosting, public file distribution, backup infrastructure for commercial services, a content delivery network (CDN), or data warehousing unrelated to personal use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and store your content. Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
If we determine that this policy has been violated, we may remove content, suspend uploads, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required by law. The action taken will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact us to request a review. Please include relevant information so we can investigate your appeal.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as Camberin evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
