Questions About EU Hosting?
Where exactly is my data stored?
All Camberin data is stored in the European Union. Our primary servers are in Frankfurt, Germany, with backups in Brussels, Belgium. Edge caching nodes in Amsterdam, Netherlands ensure fast global access while keeping your data within EU jurisdiction.
Can US authorities access my Camberin data?
No. Because we host exclusively within the EU and have no US-based infrastructure, your data is protected from the CLOUD Act and other US surveillance legislation. We also sign DPAs that explicitly prohibit data transfer to third countries without your consent.
Do you train AI on my workspace content?
Never. Your workspace content is private and is never used to train or improve our AI models. AI features process your requests in real time and do not retain your data beyond the session. You can disable AI per workspace in settings.
What about subprocessors?
All our subprocessors are based in the EU and contractually bound to GDPR-level protections. We maintain a current subprocessor list available on request. No data is shared with US-based cloud providers.
Can I sign a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. Business and Enterprise customers receive a signed DPA as part of onboarding. Our DPA includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any permitted international data transfers.
Do you offer on-premise or dedicated hosting?
Yes. Our Enterprise plan includes options for dedicated single-tenant infrastructure within the EU or on-premise deployment in your own data center.
